Transcript [00:00] Iran tried to smuggle game-changing [00:03] weapons from Russia and then the Israeli [00:06] air force arrived. Thousands of American [00:09] Marines are moving closer to the shores [00:12] of Iran. How will they try to free the [00:15] Strait of Homus? And is the United [00:18] States on its way to taking control of [00:20] the Strait of Homus themselves? At this [00:23] very moment, the United States is [00:25] destroying Iranian vessels, threatening [00:28] the shipping in the straight. So, the [00:31] United States are basically the police [00:34] of that straight and the American [00:37] reinforcements are underway as well with [00:40] the United States military that is [00:42] sending the heavy guns into that [00:45] strategic strait of Homus. Trump [00:49] threatens, "We will blow up the largest [00:51] gas field in the world if Iran attacks [00:54] again." After an Iranian strike on [00:56] Qatar, the president of the United [00:58] States warns of a massive response. The [01:02] American Secretary of Defense announced [01:04] today will be the most intense day so [01:07] far in this war. A surprising hint from [01:11] a senior American official, the United [01:13] States is considering seizing the [01:16] Iranian territory. Arab states are [01:18] issuing a threat against Iran. We will [01:21] act to defend our sovereignty. [01:23] Meanwhile, in the Islamic Republic of [01:26] Iran, is Tehran on the way to a chaos [01:30] because food rations in Thran have been [01:33] cut and a wild black market is taking [01:37] over. Meanwhile, the revolutionary [01:40] guards are replacing the eliminated [01:42] leaders. A replacement for Lariani has [01:45] been chosen in the top decision-making [01:48] leadership of Iran. The war has evolved [01:52] and right now we are in a war over gas. [01:55] Iran attacked the gas facility in Qatar [01:58] in response to the Israeli strike on its [02:00] own gas facility. Iran announced the red [02:04] line has been crushed. We will hit oil [02:08] facilities in the Gulf States. And [02:11] inside Thran, the besiege forces have [02:14] turned into sitting ducks at the [02:16] shooting range of Iran's citizens. Yes. [02:20] And could Saudi Arabia use a nuclear [02:22] arsenal against Iran? [02:25] I'm Pinto and with me is Mati Shosani [02:28] and we are the boots on the ground that [02:30] bring you the whole truth about what's [02:32] happening in Israel and everything that [02:35] is happening in the Middle East. This is [02:37] day 20 of this war and honestly I did [02:40] not even have time to understand what [02:42] was happening and we are already 20 days [02:45] into this new Middle Eastern war. So [02:49] today we will also bring you what has [02:51] been attacked in 20 days of fighting. [02:55] 15,000 targets, 70% of the ballistic [03:01] launchers, missile launchers and also [03:03] ballistic missiles. The campaign is [03:05] about to enter its fourth week. And [03:07] right now the assessment is that about [03:10] twothirds of Iran's military industry [03:12] has been destroyed. Destroyed by the IDF [03:15] and by the United States of America. The [03:18] American reinforcements are on their [03:20] way. The United States military is [03:22] sending the heavy guns to Homus. The [03:25] Pentagon has sent a marine force of [03:27] about 2,200 fighters to the Persian Gulf [03:31] in order to enable Trump to open the [03:33] Strait of Homus. According to experts, [03:36] the force could take control of several [03:38] islands off the coast of Iran. [03:41] This morning's strike by the Israeli Air [03:43] Force against the Iranian Navy in the [03:45] Caspian Sea was carried out after [03:47] intelligence was received according to [03:49] which one of the vessels was carrying [03:51] drones and advanced electronic equipment [03:54] from Russia to Iran. At this very [03:57] moment, the IDF is continuing precise [04:00] strikes against the besiege and the [04:02] military infrastructure in Iran while [04:04] expanding the air superiority in the [04:07] west of the country. Iran is issuing a [04:10] new threat regarding the Strait of [04:11] Homus. The regime in Tehran is [04:14] considering taking new steps inside [04:16] Homus as well, even after the war ends. [04:20] And the Iranian statements are bringing [04:22] the United States closer to a dramatic [04:24] ground action inside that area and along [04:27] the nearby Iranian coast. During a press [04:31] conference that was held together with [04:32] the chairman of the joint chiefs of [04:34] staff, Secretary of War Pete Hegsath [04:38] claimed, "We are winning completely." [04:40] The results speak from themselves. And [04:43] in addition, he sent a threat to the [04:45] leadership of Iran. Being a leader in [04:48] the besiege or the revolutionary guards, [04:50] that's a temporary job. And some [04:53] economic drama. Saudi Arabia announced [04:56] that its largest oil facility was hit. [05:00] Oil and gas prices will rise in the [05:02] coming days. The unusual Iranian strike [05:05] in Qatar led to immediate consequences. [05:08] In Qatar, they harshly attacked Iran [05:10] over the move. In Riyad, they said the [05:13] remnants of trust with Thran have been [05:16] completely destroyed. The foreign [05:18] ministers of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the [05:21] United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and eight [05:23] other countries conveyed last night in [05:26] Riyad. They demanded that Thran [05:28] immediately stop the attacks and respect [05:31] the Security Council's decision. The [05:34] Arab states and the Islamic world are [05:36] uniting against Iran after a series of [05:39] regional attacks against civilian [05:41] targets. Alongside their harsh [05:44] condemnation, they emphasized their [05:46] right to self-defense and called for an [05:49] international emergency discussion at [05:52] the United Nations. [05:54] The gas war, Iran attacked the gas [05:56] facility in Qatar in response to the [05:59] strikes on its own gas facility. [06:02] Yesterday, in an attempt to increase the [06:04] pressure on it to open the Strait of [06:06] Homus, Iran promised that revenge would [06:09] come soon and we will fire on all [06:12] facilities in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and [06:16] the Emirates. From now on, this is a [06:19] full economic war. And Trump answered, [06:22] we are taking the terrorist state out of [06:25] business. Meanwhile, inside Iran, on the [06:28] move and under pursuit, the repression [06:31] forces in Iran are already preparing for [06:34] protests in the United and the European [06:37] Union. They first condemned both the [06:40] strikes by Israel and those by Iran. And [06:42] then the besiege unit is increasing its [06:45] enforcement in the Iranian streets, [06:47] especially against the centers where the [06:50] regime opponents are active. [06:53] At the same time, weapons distribution [06:55] has begun in Tehran to volunteers and [06:58] official activists so that they can deal [07:01] with the massive protesters. [07:04] And meanwhile, Hisbala is carrying out [07:06] attacks not only against Israel. Kuwait [07:09] stated that a cell of 10ba operatives [07:13] plan to strike vital facilities. The [07:16] Kuwaiti Interior Ministry announced that [07:18] dismantling of a cell linked to the [07:20] Lebanese Kizbala terrorist organization. [07:23] The suspects were trained abroad in the [07:26] use of weapons and unmanned aerial [07:28] vehicles and confessed to details of [07:31] this plot. [07:33] The IDF struck gas stations in and also [07:36] the financial [07:38] sector that are worth millions of [07:41] dollars in Lebanon. The strike on the [07:44] gas station significantly harms the [07:46] military infrastructure of this [07:48] terrorist organization in Lebanon and [07:50] its ability to plan additional terrorist [07:54] operations. [07:56] A senior security official stated the [07:58] IDF is preparing for the possibility [08:00] that the Syrians will act against. [08:04] The IDF continues ground operations in [08:06] southern Lebanon where two divisions are [08:09] maneuvering in order to demilitarize the [08:12] area. A security official said that in [08:15] recent days, the possibility has grown [08:17] that El Gulani's army will take [08:20] advantage of the fragile situation [08:22] inside Lebanon and decide to act there [08:25] as well without coordination with [08:28] Israel. Of course, all the details are [08:31] coming up very soon. I'm Pinto with me [08:34] is Mati Shosani and we are the boots on [08:37] the ground. We bring you the whole truth [08:39] about what's happening in Israel. And [08:41] this is day 20 of the war against the [08:42] revolutionary guards in Iran, which is [08:44] the head of the crumbling axis of evil [08:47] in the Middle East. In just a second [08:49] before we begin, I want to call on you [08:51] to keep spreading the truth. Share our [08:53] content with as many people as possible. [08:55] Click on the subscribe button and most [08:57] importantly do not forget to look for me [08:59] Yil Pinto and for Mati Shashani on [09:02] social media platforms so that you can [09:05] get our perspective on what it is like [09:08] to live in Israel under fire. Our senior [09:11] Middle East correspondent Mati Shosani [09:13] as our expert. What do you say about [09:16] what is happening with the Gulf States [09:18] right now? It seems that Iran is taking [09:21] revenge on its neighbors because it [09:23] cannot cope with the United States and [09:25] with Israel. [09:26] Can you put the military capabilities of [09:29] the Gulf States into proportion for all [09:31] of us so we understand who they are and [09:34] what can they do? [09:36] >> Yeah, thank you. Y we're living in [09:38] interesting times uh and what's [09:40] happening right now in the Gulf between [09:43] Iran on one side and the Gulf States on [09:45] the other. It's fascinating and it's [09:47] historic. By the way, I don't know if [09:48] you guys can see it or hear it. And I [09:51] are standing in the rain that has [09:52] finally come back to Israel. Not sure if [09:55] it's the last time, but it's the last [09:57] substantial. [09:57] >> I I hope it's it's rain and not the [10:00] pieces of debris of intercepted missiles [10:03] or [10:04] >> they've already fallen the pieces of the [10:06] debris. Uh so I think this is this is [10:08] rain for once. Anyway, to to your point, [10:11] very interesting situation that we're [10:12] having right now. Iran attacking the [10:14] Gulf States. Iran has been blowing up uh [10:16] using suicide drones, using ballistic [10:18] missiles, uh using uh attempts at [10:22] terrorism, at least we'll call it. Uh [10:24] they've been trying to hurt everything [10:25] oil related and infra infrastructure [10:28] related in the Gulf States. What does [10:30] that mean? They've targeted uh buildings [10:33] in the Emirates. They blew up just the [10:36] other day a huge processing plant for [10:38] natural gas in Qatar, which is a semi [10:41] ally of the Iranians, or at least not a [10:43] real ally of Israel or the United [10:45] States. And the list goes on and on and [10:47] on with an ongoing attack against these [10:49] countries uh publicly I mean from my [10:52] perspective at least humiliating their [10:54] governments uh showing that though their [10:56] governments are unwilling and unable [10:58] possibly to take action which is really [11:00] bizarre because this didn't happen today [11:02] and didn't start yesterday. It started [11:05] on the second and third day of this war [11:06] where the Iranian regime had lost the [11:08] majority of its heads and it just [11:10] started firing ballistic missiles in [11:12] every possible direction including to [11:14] almost every single uh let's call it [11:17] Gulf state. Now who are these Gulf [11:18] states? These are countries that until [11:20] like the 60s and 70s uh were relatively [11:24] poor, very small populations of [11:27] fishermen and tradesmen and some uh port [11:29] related economies. uh but they had a [11:32] huge amount of oil uh that for the for [11:34] the most part from the 40s 50s 60s was [11:37] uh extracted by western countries. [11:39] British petroleum is a big one of them [11:41] and then these countries slowly gained [11:42] independence and started developing [11:44] themselves financially. Uh now these [11:46] nowadays uh these countries are [11:49] financial powerhouses that make hundreds [11:51] of billions of dollars and sometimes [11:53] more than that a year from selling oil [11:55] to the world. they sit on the biggest [11:57] reserves uh at least if you think about [11:59] the concentration of both natural gas [12:02] and crude oil uh easy oil to access I [12:05] mean if you think about Saudi oil where [12:07] in the north sea oil can cost tens of [12:09] dollars per barrel to extract over there [12:12] it's for many years it was in the single [12:14] digit and then let's say 10 15 uh [12:17] dollars to extract a barrel of oil so [12:19] it's easy access easy cash and they've [12:21] used to build super economies their [12:24] population is interesting is made up [12:26] much of it at least from mig migrant [12:28] workers. So unlike the nation of Iran, [12:30] Iran is about 90 million strong. We're [12:32] not sure exactly what the number is, [12:34] give or take 90 million strong. All 90 [12:36] million are uh or almost all of them are [12:39] citizens of the country of Iran. These [12:41] countries it's completely inverted. Uh [12:43] many of these countries have a very [12:45] small population. one, two, three [12:47] million people uh that are uh these [12:49] citizens of those countries and then a [12:51] substantial population many times bigger [12:53] uh that is migrant workers from India, [12:55] from the Philippines, from uh various [12:57] countries around the world that work in [12:59] them. Uh but they do have an army and [13:01] they do have a fighting force. Uh [13:03] specifically the Amiradis, specifically [13:05] the Saudis have the best of the best of [13:08] the American industrialized uh let's [13:10] call it war machine. Uh Saudi Arabia, by [13:12] the way, uh after the US, I believe, [13:15] holds some of the biggest stockpiles of [13:17] both fighter jets and several other [13:19] munition types. I mean, they have a [13:20] substantial army. They have a [13:22] substantial fighting force. They're not [13:24] at all the kind of country that's a [13:26] pushover. And yet, I mean, and yet they [13:29] don't respond to what the Iranians have [13:31] done. [13:31] >> So, what's up with that, Mati? What's [13:33] up? Like, why aren't they not [13:35] responding? I think this is the Middle [13:37] East and respect and fear and honor play [13:42] a major role especially in the political [13:44] levels of these countries. But why are [13:46] they not attacking? [13:47] >> I think that's a great question. Uh my [13:49] my guess is yay fear. I can't think of [13:52] another reason not to respond. They're [13:54] afraid of what the Iranian regime is [13:55] going to do to them. Uh they're afraid [13:57] of what's going to happen uh if they [13:59] respond and retaliate too strongly at [14:00] the Iranian regime. What that signals to [14:03] us is that they're not sure what's going [14:04] to happen on the day after. I mean, I [14:06] don't think anyone's debating whether [14:07] the US or Israel are superior on a [14:10] military level, but that doesn't mean [14:12] the regime is going to fall. It doesn't [14:13] mean it's going to be replaced. The [14:14] Iranians have shown that they're willing [14:16] to do anything uh to bring economic [14:18] damage to their neighbors. And by [14:20] anything, I mean the options are almost [14:23] limitless. It just takes a speedboat [14:25] with a bunch of terrorists on it to blow [14:27] up a ship. It only takes, you know, one [14:29] ballistic missile, uh, one launcher of a [14:32] surface to sea missile. It doesn't take [14:34] much to really bring substantial damage [14:36] to these countries. And they're afraid. [14:37] I I I can't see another reason to do it. [14:39] They've spoken boldly. They've spoken uh [14:42] strongly. You know, we'll go after the [14:44] Iranians. We'll show them. We'll [14:45] respond. We'll retaliate. And, you know, [14:47] nothing nothing. It's it's it's bizarre. [14:50] It's as if as if they've chosen uh to [14:53] sort of swallow uh the humiliation of [14:55] being again and again attacked by the uh [14:58] by the Iranians. Just the other day, we [14:59] heard an outcry. I believe it was the [15:02] prime minister of Qatar uh who was [15:03] publicly saying almost in in tears, I [15:06] can't believe they're doing this to us. [15:07] Why are they doing this to us? We're [15:08] we're a neutral country. We're the ones [15:10] who were working alongside them. Why do [15:12] they keep attacking our infrastructure, [15:14] but there's no response on their uh on [15:15] their side? And the Iranians have [15:17] figured out, and think about this for a [15:19] second, they've in a very clever way [15:21] figured out what this country's these [15:23] count's pressure points are. And they're [15:25] going after them. They're going after [15:27] the oil processing uh facilities, [15:29] against the port facilities, against the [15:31] server farms, uh AWS cloud server farms, [15:34] etc. uh they're going against the ships [15:37] really putting pressure in the most [15:38] painful possible way the most cynical [15:40] way against their economies to force [15:43] them uh to one experience fear two to [15:46] turn to the US and say save us help us [15:49] maybe pull American resources into [15:51] helping those countries maybe force the [15:53] United States to start esc start [15:55] escorting oil tankers through the [15:57] straight of Humus uh which will probably [16:00] be successful but there is no 100% [16:02] success rate in when playing defense [16:05] So really tricky situation here. Again, [16:07] Iran, unlike what people think, they [16:09] have two types of army. They have a [16:11] conventional army that has been mostly [16:13] removed and then they have a huge [16:14] terrorism mechanism. The IRGC uh you [16:18] know the proxies that they've used, [16:19] they've uh fine-tuned a terrorism [16:22] machine and they're hugely effective, [16:25] hugely effective uh at putting fear in [16:27] the hearts of their neighbors. And the [16:28] results speak for themselves. They've [16:30] targeted their oil facilities time and [16:32] time again. and their neighbors just sit [16:34] idly around as we say in Hebrew, you [16:36] know, sitting on their hands waiting for [16:38] someone else to do the cleanup work for [16:39] them. Hold on, let me rotate my laptop [16:41] so it doesn't short circuit here. But [16:44] aside from that, I'm it's taking a [16:46] while. [16:46] >> I think you got you got a bit a bit more [16:48] rain than than what I have here. [16:50] >> Don't worry, you're up the hill for me. [16:52] I'll get to you in 10 minutes. [16:53] >> It's coming. It's coming. Huh? Yeah. And [16:56] Mati, I mean, why why are NATO and [16:59] Europe not also joining because of the [17:01] Gulf States? Okay, let's say they're [17:04] afraid because they're very close to [17:05] Iran. Let's let's give them that. But [17:08] NATO and Europe, the superpowers of this [17:12] world, why are they not doing anything? [17:16] >> Well, the superpower of the world, yeah, [17:18] is the United States. It's Russia. [17:20] >> And is that also and and and Israel has [17:23] definitely become a superpower. and [17:24] China. Uh these countries have proven [17:26] that they are not the superpowers of the [17:28] world. And I'll say this on a personal [17:30] note and an emotional note. I find their [17:32] behavior to be disgraceful. Uh it's [17:34] shown that they're afraid of terrorism. [17:36] It's shown that they'd rather the easy [17:38] road instead of the hard road. And [17:39] everyone knows what happens to countries [17:41] that are afraid to to deal with the [17:42] bullies of their time and the bullies of [17:44] their uh their region. They disappear [17:47] those countries. Uh we've heard the [17:48] reports. We've heard of the Italians. [17:50] We've heard of the French that were [17:51] trying to pay the Iranians to allow safe [17:54] passage to their ships or ships bearing [17:56] their flag or carrying their flag [17:58] through the state of Homus. Uh this [18:00] reminds me of the same stories that we [18:01] heard previously of, you know, of of [18:04] British forces and others uh who paid [18:08] Taliban uh who paid insurgent groups not [18:11] to attack their soldiers during the war [18:13] against terrorism uh in in Afghanistan [18:15] and Iraq. I mean, this is not the kind [18:17] of thing you do. You don't you don't [18:18] bribe terrorists. You don't pay off [18:20] terrorist nations. You don't try to uh [18:23] reconcile with rogue nations like Iran. [18:25] You fight them uh you fight them till [18:28] they're gone. Uh this is an evil that is [18:30] similar to the Nazi evil. Uh this is an [18:32] evil that is, you know, it can't be uh [18:35] reasoned with. It can't be convinced not [18:36] to be evil. Their entire nature is one [18:38] of evil. And these countries have chosen [18:41] not to oppose them. And I want to say [18:43] something clearly. President Trump has [18:45] has repeatedly publicly called on them [18:48] to join into a public uh alliance, a a a [18:51] unity, a coalition as as we've seen in [18:54] the past. And they repeatedly chose not [18:56] to join that coalition. And they had [18:58] their reasons. We're not sure about the [19:00] legality and we'll only do this and [19:01] we'll only do that and we'll only come [19:04] if it's a month uh that ends, you know, [19:06] with a Y or we'll only come in a blue [19:08] moon. Look, it's all a title for the [19:11] same thing. It's cowardly behavior. It's [19:13] refusal uh to put your put your um your [19:16] actions where your mouth is. It's [19:17] refusal to stand up to the evil that is [19:19] the Iranian regime. That has been the [19:21] pattern of their behavior time and time [19:23] again. They've shown as a country, [19:25] they've shown as a collective uh that [19:27] when it comes to dealing with the evil [19:28] of our times, they're very happy and [19:30] pleasing. We've seen all of it to chant [19:33] in the streets and condemn Israel is the [19:35] aggressor of our age. Israel. But [19:37] suddenly when the Iranian regime is [19:39] butchering its population in the [19:40] streets, suddenly they have nothing to [19:42] say. When the Iranian regime is is [19:44] putting a chokeold on the global [19:46] economy, is is causing the price of oil [19:48] and the stock markets to suffer [19:50] severely. We're talking effects that [19:52] we're going to see for the next many [19:53] many months on the global economy. [19:56] Suddenly they're they're nowhere to be [19:57] found. Suddenly they're unable to stand [19:59] up to this evil. And I think it's [20:01] shameful behavior. I think it's [20:02] disgraceful behavior. I hope that their [20:04] population holds them accountable and [20:06] points them out as the cowards uh as the [20:08] people who chose who chose comfort uh [20:10] over action time and time again. I I [20:13] hope people hold them accountable in the [20:14] next time they have elections. [20:16] >> Yeah, definitely. Me too. And now to the [20:19] technological and weapon high-tech [20:22] corner of this show. I think we should [20:24] have one corner like this. By the way, [20:26] Mati, any updates on the developments of [20:29] all these new weapons that are [20:30] introduced into the battlefield from the [20:33] massive ordinance bomb that can [20:36] penetrate into bunkers into Adonitis. [20:41] What can you give us? [20:43] >> Okay, how about I do a roundup of the [20:45] best of the best that has happened in [20:46] the last week alone? one if there was a [20:49] question a question question in anyone's [20:51] mind this war has proven one thing that [20:54] the superiority of the American war [20:56] machine is unparalleled in the world it [20:59] has shamed and put to shame the best of [21:02] the best of the anti-aircraft batteries [21:05] the S300 the S400 in a series of events [21:08] both Venezuela related and uh in Iran it [21:11] has put to shame the radar systems [21:13] created by the Chinese uh and everything [21:15] that goes behind that all the knowledge [21:17] all the technology ology. But we've also [21:19] seen in this last week alone, uh, rapid [21:21] deployment of some very interesting [21:23] technologies. I'll name a handful of [21:25] them. One, swarm robotics used with AI, [21:28] artificial intelligence to, uh, acquire [21:31] targets and eliminate them quickly. [21:33] Which targets are we talking about? Uh, [21:35] besiege roadblocks in the streets of [21:37] Thran and other Iranian cities. Imagine [21:40] this. Uh, there's a swarm of drones. [21:42] This was deployed first in uh, the war [21:44] in Ukraine against uh, Russian targets. [21:46] Instead of two drones, instead of five [21:48] drones, imagine 200 drones and they're [21:51] all communicating with each other and [21:53] behind them is software run on AI that [21:56] identifies the targets, says these are [21:57] the targets we want to acquire. Here's [21:59] the intel that tells us why we need to [22:01] remove them. Here's the methodology in [22:03] which we're going to do it. Here's the [22:04] communication that's going to go out to [22:06] those people. Here are the people that [22:07] need to approve this decision. Bang. In [22:10] just a few seconds, someone presses [22:12] approve and another person allows it to [22:14] uh take action. And those drones explode [22:17] into the uh basie forces. These are the [22:20] people, by the way, that have been [22:21] torturing the people of Iran. These are [22:23] the people tormenting them throughout [22:24] this wave of demonstrations and trying [22:27] to prevent them from moving freely in [22:28] the cities. I've seen the imagery. It is [22:30] unbelievable. That's one. Another [22:33] Leonida system, an American created and [22:35] fabricated uh system. Uh that is what [22:38] what it's using is it's using uh [22:41] pinpoint electronic warfare. EMP is the [22:44] title we used to use in the past, [22:45] electromagnetic pulses, but it's done [22:48] based on small cells that are able to [22:50] pulsate use different frequencies and [22:52] different modulate uh the energy output [22:54] of them and fry the electronics on [22:58] drones on other uh airborne let's call [23:00] it targets. So think rockets with their [23:02] guidance systems. Think anti-tank [23:04] missiles. Uh think uh drones and swarm [23:07] or singular but multiple targets at the [23:09] same time without firing a single shot [23:11] without having to point a laser beam [23:14] through clouds or in a distance. It just [23:16] fries the electronics on them and causes [23:17] them to crash to the ground. There's [23:19] more. Uh Israel has deployed in this [23:22] more uh the light beam system, a laser [23:24] system that can intercept drones uh and [23:27] uh other small projectiles. And now [23:29] we're seeing for the first time reports [23:31] of the Elbbit version of that system [23:33] being used as an airborne platform. So a [23:36] pod you would connect to the bottom of a [23:37] jet or to an intelligence aircraft or to [23:40] an airborne tanker uh that can fry the [23:43] drones, the small missiles, the uh other [23:47] projectiles flying through the air. fry [23:49] them as they fly through the air without [23:51] firing an expensive missile or a burst [23:53] of ammunition that requires, you know, [23:55] proximity and the ability to really hit [23:58] them. Amazing, amazing system. That's [24:00] just a handful. And I'd say the next [24:02] thing we need to talk about, but I think [24:04] we'll leave this for another day, is [24:05] artificial intelligence and how it's [24:08] being deployed in the battlefield and [24:10] how it's being deployed to improve [24:11] decision- making uh in real time both in [24:14] the Israeli and the American uh armies. [24:18] Yeah, definitely. Cool stuff, Mati. And [24:20] again, this is a heads up to our [24:23] director, Tom. You need to make us an [24:25] explainer with all the top-of-the-line [24:28] military technologies that were revealed [24:30] just in this war. This is something that [24:33] I personally want to see. And thank you [24:35] so much, Mati, for being with us today. [24:38] We'll see you again tomorrow as always. [24:41] And to all of you that are watching, [24:43] wherever you are around the world, [24:45] >> help us share the truth. [24:48] >> Share this content with as many people [24:50] as possible. Make sure to click on the [24:51] subscribe button and also look for Ya [24:54] Pinto and Mati Shashani on our social [24:56] media platforms to see this war behind [24:59] the scenes. Real time, real life, real [25:03] people. Now, right now, Israel's borders [25:06] are under constant threats. Yes. From [25:10] the north in Lebanon, you have the [25:12] border with Syria, which is unstable. [25:14] You have Judea and Samaria with [25:16] Palestinian terrorists. You have the [25:18] Gaza Strip with Hamas terrorists that [25:21] are in control and getting stronger by [25:23] the day. You have more than a 100,000 [25:25] soldiers that have been called up to [25:28] defend our country. young men leaving [25:31] their homes, their families, their [25:33] lives, answering the call to protect all [25:37] of us, including Mati Shashani, [25:39] including people that are not so young [25:41] anymore. But the reality is very [25:43] difficult. The sudden mobilization of so [25:46] many soldiers has put enormous pressure [25:48] on the system and many units simply do [25:51] not have enough protective gear, ceramic [25:54] helmets and also vests and other [25:56] protective gear like glasses to protect [25:59] the eyes. Equipment that can mean the [26:02] difference between life and death. This [26:05] mission is deeply personal. I am a [26:09] reserve soldier in Israel myself. I was [26:11] called up to defend our borders on [26:13] October 7 and many times before that. It [26:16] is frightening to face enemies without [26:19] the gear that you need to do so or if [26:22] you have only outdated gear with you. [26:24] And every item of gear that was donated [26:28] to my unit was deeply appreciated. [26:31] David Rose is the founder of the Israel [26:35] Men Fund. [26:37] He knows all this story firsthand [26:39] because his own son is one of the [26:41] reserve soldiers who was called up to [26:43] defend Israel. And he has another son on [26:47] standby just waiting to go in to the IDF [26:50] as well. Like thousands of other [26:52] parents, he knows what it means to send [26:54] a child to the front lines. And that is [26:57] why the empower soldiers campaign was [27:00] created to make sure that our soldiers [27:04] have the best protection that they need. [27:07] So you can help protect the soldiers [27:09] that are protecting Israel. Yes, you can [27:12] donate a specific piece of protective [27:15] equipment or you can make a general [27:18] donation helping supply the gear that [27:21] the soldiers urgently need on the front [27:24] lines. [27:25] Every donation goes directly towards [27:28] equipping soldiers with essential [27:30] protection. They are standing on the [27:32] front lines for all of us. Yes. And now [27:36] it's our turn to stand with them. So [27:40] please support the empower soldiers [27:44] campaign today. Help give our soldiers [27:48] the protection that they deserve. Donate [27:51] now at israelmagenfund.org/g. [27:57] Again, that's israelmagnf [27:59] fun.org/g [28:03] and stand with the IDF soldiers. The [28:06] Israeli Air Force opened day 20 of the [28:08] Roaring Line War or by its American name [28:10] epic fury with a highly unusual strike [28:13] in northern Iran. This took place on the [28:16] shores of the Caspian Sea. According to [28:18] the information gathered in recent [28:20] hours, several vessels on the Iranian [28:23] Navy were hit near a port of Anazali. [28:27] And this strike was carried out after [28:29] intelligence was received indicating [28:31] that one of the ships was carrying [28:33] drones and advanced electronic equipment [28:36] from Russia to Iran. The question now is [28:39] not only what was destroyed there, but [28:42] why Israel chose to begin the day this [28:45] war. And this is a pinpointed [28:48] interception of sensitive shipment or a [28:51] broader move designed to cut off Iran of [28:54] both of its Russian supply route and [28:57] from its spaces that it's still [29:00] considered safe in the rear end of the [29:02] country. [29:03] This is day 20 of the war and the [29:05] campaign has long since stopped being [29:08] measured only by the number of strikes [29:10] or the number of missiles that were [29:11] fired. Now it is a war over the regime, [29:14] over the sea, over gas, over the ability [29:17] to preserve internal control, and over [29:20] the question of who will break first. [29:23] When you connect everything that [29:25] happened over the past 24 hours, you see [29:27] one continuous sequence. Israel [29:30] continues to attack at the operational [29:34] heart of Iran. The United States is [29:37] preparing the next maritime ground phase [29:39] around Hm. and the Gulf States are [29:42] beginning to speak about self-defense in [29:44] a much sharper voice than we have heard [29:46] up until now. So, let us begin with the [29:49] Caspian Sea. This is one of the most [29:51] unusual strikes that we have seen in [29:53] this war, no longer western Iran, no [29:56] longer the Tehran area, no longer the [29:59] south of the country. This time, it is a [30:02] northern distant arena that many in [30:05] Thran viewed as a relatively safe depth. [30:09] According to the details that emerged, [30:11] the strike was carried out near the port [30:13] of Anazali where several vessels of the [30:16] Iranian Navy were hit. Some reports said [30:20] that five large warships were hit and [30:22] destroyed and that one additional [30:25] smaller vessel was damaged. But the more [30:28] important part is the reason. The [30:31] intelligence indication about a shipment [30:33] arriving from Russia carrying drones and [30:35] advanced electronic equipment was being [30:38] sent there. If that was indeed the cargo [30:41] on this ship, the significance is very [30:43] broad. It means that this arena was not [30:46] only a maritime arena but also a [30:48] logistical and a technological one. In [30:51] other words, Israel did not just strike [30:53] the ships, it struck a route through [30:56] which Iran was trying to improve its [30:58] capabilities. [31:00] This also connects to reports that [31:01] Moscow recently expanded its cooperation [31:04] with Thran and amongst other things in [31:06] upgrading drones, navigation components, [31:09] communications and resilience against [31:12] electronic disruption. In other words, [31:15] this strike did not concern only what [31:17] was floating on the water but what was [31:20] supposed to reach the battlefield from [31:23] here. It is also important to understand [31:26] the geographic effect. For years, the [31:28] Caspian Sea was considered an area less [31:31] exposed to Israel. The moment that the [31:34] air force is operating there, the [31:36] message is that there is no longer any [31:39] safe rear or safe area in Iran. If Iran [31:43] tried to exploit the distance, the [31:45] proximity to Russia and the assumption [31:47] that Israel would not make the effort to [31:49] get there this morning shattered that [31:51] assumption as well. It also fits with [31:54] what is happening in western Iran where [31:57] the IDF continues to expand air [31:59] superiority and strike military [32:01] infrastructure besiege formations and [32:03] other targets whose role is to preserve [32:06] the regime's control over the Iranian [32:08] street. And at the same time, Israel [32:10] continues to strike the manpower of the [32:13] repression apparatus as well. The air [32:15] force eliminated another besieged [32:17] operative while he was at a guard post [32:21] on a base in western Iran. And earlier [32:25] more than 10 different besieged [32:26] positions across the Iran were attacked. [32:29] In addition, an Iranian MI17 helicopter [32:32] was destroyed at Sanadaj the airport in [32:36] Ramdan. These are not random targets. [32:39] Israel is going after policing forces, [32:42] repression forces, and internal response [32:45] forces. Why? Because the regime already [32:47] understands that the danger is not only [32:49] from the skies. It is from the street, [32:52] from its own people. And inside Iran, [32:56] that is clearly visible. The besiege [32:59] unit is increasing checkpoints, [33:02] distributing weapons to volunteers and [33:04] activists, setting up temporary [33:06] headquarters, and preparing for a [33:08] possible wave of protests. And according [33:11] to some of the descriptions, the [33:14] repression forces are now moving from [33:16] one area to another, setting up [33:18] checkpoints under bridges, in tunnels, [33:21] and on major roads, precisely because [33:24] they understand that they too have [33:26] become targets. [33:29] Residents in Tehran report growing fear, [33:32] early businesses that they close, the [33:35] police officers hiding inside civilian [33:37] areas, and at the same time, highly [33:40] unusual footage that is published on [33:42] social media shows, according to the [33:44] media outlets that identified with the [33:46] opposition, armed men, armed men firing [33:51] from a vehicle at a besiege post. That [33:55] footage cannot be verified at this [33:57] moment, but its very appearance against [33:59] the current background fits well with [34:01] the atmosphere. The regime feels the [34:04] ground is shaking beneath it. And this [34:07] is where the economic arena comes in as [34:09] well. Inside Iran itself, there are [34:12] already reports of reduced gasoline [34:15] quotes from 30 L a day down to 20 liters [34:19] after hits to fuel depots in Tehran and [34:21] Alburaz. Also immediately a wild black [34:25] market emerged. According to one report, [34:28] 10 liters of gasoline are being sold on [34:30] the market for about 2 million Tomman. [34:34] In other words, this is not only a [34:37] strike on a depot, but a direct blow to [34:40] the daily life, to the public pressure, [34:43] and to the question of whether the [34:45] regime can guarantee even the basic [34:47] supplies. in the Israeli assessment. [34:50] That is exactly one of the goals to [34:52] force Thran to deal not only with the [34:55] external strikes but also with internal [34:58] anger. Now to the broader picture. [35:02] According to the figures that are [35:03] released today, Israel and the United [35:05] States have so far struck more than [35:07] 15,000 targets in Iran. In the United [35:10] States, they spoke separately of more [35:12] than 7,000 targets struck by the [35:14] American forces. And within that [35:17] picture, it was said that about 70% of [35:19] the launchers and the ballistic missiles [35:22] have been put out of use. That about 80% [35:25] of the air defensive systems have been [35:27] attacked. That around 100 anti-aircraft [35:29] batteries and about 120 radars have been [35:33] hit, that the pace of the missile [35:36] production has dropped to zero, and that [35:38] about 2/3 of Iran's military industry [35:41] has been destroyed. These are very heavy [35:44] numbers and they explain why Washington [35:46] is now speaking in such a confident [35:49] tone. [35:50] US Defense Secretary Pete Haggsath said [35:53] today that this day would be the most [35:56] intensive so far in this war. He spoke [35:59] of more than 7,000 targets that are [36:02] already attacked, of a critical blow to [36:05] the missile production capabilities, and [36:08] of the fact that being a leader in the [36:12] besiege or the revolutionary guards has [36:15] become a temporary job. Later, he also [36:19] revealed that the United States has sent [36:21] direct messages of senior figures inside [36:24] Iran and is working to bypass the [36:26] digital blackout that the regime is [36:28] imposing on the public. The chairman of [36:31] the joint chief, General Dan Kaine, [36:33] added a very important sentence. Every [36:37] day we are operating deep inside Iranian [36:40] territory. That is not just warning. It [36:43] is a definition of a new phase in this [36:46] campaign. [36:47] And that new phase is very closely [36:50] connected to the Strait of Hormuz. The [36:52] United States is now sending heavy [36:54] reinforcements to the Gulf. The 31st [36:56] Marine Expeditionary Unit, a force of [37:00] about 2,200 fighters, is making its way [37:04] broad. The ambious ships, the amphibious [37:07] tools that the United States have. This [37:10] is not just another symbolic movement. [37:12] It is a rapid response force with [37:15] ground, air, and logistical components, [37:17] including F-35B aircraft, assault [37:20] helicopters, and MV22 Ospreys. This unit [37:24] specializes in raids from the sea and [37:27] the air. And it gives Trump options that [37:29] he did not have before. And according to [37:32] the scenarios that are now being [37:34] discussed, the possible target is not [37:37] necessarily a deep entry into the [37:39] Iranian territory, but the seizure of [37:41] strategic islands off its southern [37:43] coast. The most prominent example is [37:46] Karag Island through which about 90% of [37:48] the Iranian oil exports passes. Instead [37:51] of blowing up all the infrastructure [37:53] there and shaking the markets even more, [37:56] some American experts are proposing [37:58] taking control of the island and using [38:00] it as a bargaining chip. Other experts [38:04] that have come up are Kashm Kish and [38:08] Hmun. these islands themselves. On those [38:11] islands, there are missile [38:12] infrastructures, attack boats, [38:14] warehouses, tunnels, and at times also [38:18] economic facilities that could be turned [38:20] into a forward base. [38:23] And at the same time, the American [38:25] military is already publishing footage [38:28] of the destruction of Iranian maritime [38:30] targets that are threatening the [38:32] international shipping lanes along the [38:34] coastline, including buster busting [38:37] munition that break through all the [38:40] bunkers and away weigh more than two [38:42] tons that were already dropped on the [38:45] fortified sites that are used to store [38:47] anti-hship cruise missiles. [38:49] And it is important to remember this is [38:51] not only a question of whether the [38:53] United States will conquer Hormuz or [38:55] not. It is also a question of whether it [38:58] will decide to maintain a permanent [39:00] presence there or at least one that [39:02] changes all the rules of this game after [39:04] this war. The American urgency is also [39:07] growing because of what Iran is saying [39:09] openly in Thran. They are already [39:12] speaking not only of a temporary threat [39:14] to the strait but of a new regime in the [39:16] strait of Homus even after the campaign [39:19] ends. There is already talk of charging [39:22] countries future fees and tolls of [39:26] cancelling free passage as it was known [39:29] until now and of using the strait as a [39:32] permanent lever of pressure against the [39:35] west. That is exactly what is bringing [39:38] Washington closer to the possibility of [39:39] a ground amphibious move. Because if the [39:42] United States becomes convinced that [39:44] Iran does not intend to restore the free [39:46] navigation, even after a ceasefire, it [39:50] will come and take the keys themselves. [39:53] And in the middle of all of this, the [39:55] energy war is only intensifying. The [39:57] Israeli strikes on the gas facilities in [40:00] Ailuyak and Salas open the phase of this [40:04] war over gas. prochemical facilities, [40:07] supply pipelines, transport [40:09] infrastructure, and refining units were [40:12] hit in southern Iran. And according to [40:14] some reports, the operation was carried [40:17] out in close coordination with the [40:19] United States and in some accounts, it [40:22] was even said that it was carried out in [40:25] an area under full American operational [40:27] responsibility and therefore required [40:30] full approval. In Israel, the assessment [40:32] is that Trump publicly backed away from [40:36] responsibility after heavy pressure from [40:38] the Gulf States and criticism at home. [40:40] But on the operational level, there was [40:43] coordination. Iran responded exactly as [40:46] it had threatened. First came an urgent [40:49] warning to the workers at every facility [40:52] in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab [40:54] Emirates, and also Qatar. Then came [40:57] actual attacks. The Qatari facility in [41:02] Ras Lafan was hit by missiles. Five were [41:06] launched, four intercepted and one hit. [41:10] Significant damage was caused and fires [41:13] broke out. Then came the Saudi morning [41:15] as well and an attack on an oil facility [41:18] in Yanabu and also a temporary halt in [41:22] the land loading of the oil shipments. [41:26] You can see it started raining. But in [41:29] addition to all these attacks, there [41:31] were also recorded in the Amiratis, in [41:34] the Kuwaitis. They reported drones that [41:37] struck operational units at refineries. [41:40] Iran is trying to tell the world [41:42] something simple. If they stark strike [41:45] the heart of our energy, your heart is [41:48] not protected either. The Arab response [41:51] was quicker, quicker than before because [41:54] Saudi Arabia announced that the remnants [41:56] of trust with Thran have been completely [41:59] destroyed. Minister Fisal bin Faran said [42:03] explicitly that escalation would be [42:06] answered with escalation and that the [42:08] kingdom also reserves the military [42:10] options open. in Dha. They called it a [42:14] blatant violation of Qatari sovereignty, [42:17] a direct threat to the national security [42:19] and a blow to the regional stability. [42:22] Kata also expelled Iran's military and [42:25] security at the ordered them to leave [42:29] within 24 hours. This is a sharp [42:33] breaking of diplomatic rules towards [42:35] Thran. [42:36] And more than that, 12 Arab and Muslim [42:39] countries conveyed in Riyad and issued a [42:42] joint statement. And in that statement, [42:44] they condemned the Iranian attacks on [42:46] the old facilities, on the deselination [42:48] plants, on the airports, on the [42:50] residential buildings, and on the [42:51] embassies. They reaffirmed their right [42:54] to self-defense under article 51 of the [42:57] United Nations charter demanded that [43:00] Iran immediately stop the attacks and [43:02] called on it to stop harming the freedom [43:05] of navigation in the Hummus area and [43:07] also in the Baband and at the same time [43:10] a request was also filed for the [43:12] international emergency session [43:14] following the fire and the strikes on [43:16] the civilian infrastructures. [43:19] This is no longer just a pinpointed [43:20] reaction. It is the beginning of a look [43:24] of an organized regional front against [43:27] the regime in Iran. And in Washington, [43:30] Trump is trying to manage a double [43:32] message. On the one hand, he says that [43:34] Israel will not strike the South [43:37] Farfield again and that the United [43:40] States did not know about this specific [43:42] strike. And on the other hand, he makes [43:44] clear that if Iran attacks Qatar once [43:47] more, the United States will completely [43:51] blow up the South gas field, the largest [43:54] in the world. This is both deterrence [43:56] and an attempt to calm the Gulf and also [43:59] an economic strategic message. The [44:01] United States is now prepared not only [44:03] to defend Hormuz, but also to race one [44:06] of Iran's most valuable assets if [44:09] another red line is crossed. And the [44:11] market the markets are already reacting. [44:14] Gas prices in Europe have jumped by more [44:16] than 30%. Oil has risen sharply and in [44:19] some reports there was talk of a barrel [44:22] already reaching the $116 [44:25] range. The meaning is clear. This wall [44:27] is already spilling beyond the [44:29] battlefield and becoming a global energy [44:31] event. This also explains why the [44:33] European countries are now condemning [44:35] both the Israeli strikes on gas [44:38] infrastructure in Iran and the Iranian [44:41] strikes on facilities in the Gulf. They [44:44] do not see this as just another military [44:46] round. They see a direct threat to their [44:48] energy security. And inside Iran, the [44:52] leadership is also continuing to [44:54] reorganize itself. According to reports [44:57] that still do not have full official [44:58] confirmation, Hussein Dehan, formerly [45:02] the defense minister has been appointed [45:04] to replace Ali Giani as the secretary of [45:07] the supreme national security council. [45:09] If that is indeed the appointment, the [45:12] significance is great. Less of a [45:14] relatively political figure, more of a [45:17] hard security figure from inside the [45:20] revolutionary guards. In other words, [45:22] instead of softening the system after [45:24] the sequence of eliminations, the regime [45:27] may actually be hardening its line. This [45:30] is a very important point because it [45:32] means that the chaos at the top does not [45:35] necessarily lead to the moment of [45:37] flexibility. It can actually lead to [45:40] escalation. [45:41] And another sign of that came exactly [45:44] today in an unusual letter from Iran's [45:47] ambassador to the United Nations who [45:48] demanded guess what that the United Arab [45:51] Emirates pay compensation for allegedly [45:54] allowing American strikes on Iran from [45:56] its territory. [45:58] Doesn't shock me. But this is an unusual [46:01] demand, but also an indirect admission [46:03] of something bigger. Thran now sees [46:06] almost every Gulf state as part of the [46:08] battlefield. Even if that state tried to [46:12] remain cautious, the moment a demands [46:14] compensation from Abu Dhabi, threatens [46:16] Riyad, attacks Kata and speaks of a new [46:19] regime in HU, it is in effect pushing [46:22] the entire region to unite against it. [46:26] And what about the north? The pressure [46:28] continues there as well. Is not engaged [46:32] only in firing at Israel. In Kuwait, a [46:35] cell of 10 operatives linked to the [46:37] Hizbala terrorist organization was [46:40] caught. It was uncovered and it planned [46:43] to strike vital facilities. According to [46:46] the Kuwaiti Interior Ministry, the [46:48] suspects were trained outside the [46:50] country in the use of weapons and drones [46:53] and confessed to details of the plan. In [46:55] Lebanon itself, the idea of struck gas [46:58] stations belonging to the company El [47:01] Amana, an economic infrastructure that [47:03] brings millions of dollars and is used [47:06] to finance it and its terror activity [47:09] throughout the counts connected to the [47:10] Alcad Elhassan bank and finance systems. [47:14] At the same time, the ground operation [47:17] of two divisions in southern Lebanon [47:19] continues. operations by the IDF and the [47:23] defense establishment is also following [47:25] this the possibility that Syrians will [47:29] exploit Lebanon's weakness and try to [47:31] act against Hisbala without coordinating [47:34] with Israel. [47:36] And finally, there is also the Saudi [47:38] question. In some of the reports, a [47:41] scenario was raised according to which [47:43] if Riyad enters the campaign at full [47:46] force, it could activate its defense [47:48] alliance with Pakistan and rely on the [47:52] Pakistani nuclear umbrella. At the [47:56] moment, this is not an operational event [47:58] taking place, but a strategic scenario [48:00] that is beginning to hover over this [48:02] region. But the very fact that such a [48:05] scenario is now appearing in headlines [48:08] says how close this war is coming to [48:11] risk lines that we have not yet seen in [48:14] years. [48:16] Day 20 opened with a strike in the [48:19] northern Iran arena. But the real story [48:22] of this day is much larger. Iran is [48:25] losing depth, losing breathing room, and [48:27] discovering that the wall it forced on [48:30] the region is now returning to it [48:32] through the sea, through the gas, [48:34] through the streets, and through the [48:36] system itself. If that is the direction [48:39] at the opening of day 20, then the next [48:42] question is already clear. Will the next [48:44] move come out of Thran or out of Hmuz [48:48] when the American Marines finally reach [48:50] the war the war line?
