Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi will visit Yad Vashem tomorrow

Toshimitsu Motegi, Japan's minister for foreign affairs of Japan, will visit Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, tomorrow.

Motegi will tour the "Flashes of Memory: Photography During the Holocaust" exhibition, participate in a memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance, visit the tree planted in honor of Righteous Among the Nations Siempo Sugihara, and view the Children’s Memorial. The visit will conclude with the signing of the Yad Vashem Guest Book.

Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, was established in 1953. Located in Jerusalem, it is dedicated to Holocaust remembrance, documentation, research and education.
